Travolook - Refusing to refund money of flight ticket

Rinkesh Bharatkumar Modi filed complaint against Travolook on Dec 20, 2021

My flight ticket has been booked on ** OCT **** from Ahmedabad to Pune dated on **th DEC **** (Indigo airlines).

Indigo had cancelled the flight on **th November **** and told me that my refund has been processed and it is pending from travel agent's end i.e. travolook.
But, Travolook refuse to refund my money.

Kindly look into the matter.
