Planet Spark - Refusing to end automatic deduction after trial period ended

We ended the agreement after trial period ended, but Planet Spark keeps auto deducting money from my account if oring all my pleas. Their emails and rare phone calls are meant to delay and confuse rather than solve anything. The situation is still the same and I'm losing money and credit rating every month.
