I am a user of actfibernet since many years, i am trying to change or downgrade Monthly plan from past many months. i tried doing it via whatsaap chat no options is available then i logged in to there website, still no option to downgrade then the last and most humiliating experience of them all taking to a so called customer care Rep. hangup many time kept on hold for hours never to respond back.
