ACTFIBERNET - Money deducted but no service

I submitted a new connection request thru online to ACTFIBERNET Hyderabad location, a week back. Inspire if multiple emails to the support group and copying NODAL officer Hyderabad, I don’t see any update from them in my new connection. I even asked them to refund my amount but unfortunately no one is responding.
