Crocs - Crocs LiteRide 360

We bought Crocs LiteRide *** clog last year May **** from crocs showroom
located at phoenix mall in Chennai.
It’s been rarely used at the max of * to * times per month, we see that the
top sole is getting ripped off on its own.

We buy an item costlier item or spend some extra money in an impression
that it will last for little longer years but it’s so much not worth to see
that it’s been in this condition.

Crocs Customer care came up with an update that it is out of warranty period and also its manufactured outside India. They didnt accept for any compensation nor for an further explanation.
