Vijendra Khole filed complaint against Oyo on May 9, 2019
I had booked the Oyo hotel online as below on *th May,** with the help of Punit (customer executive).

Booking Id: XNUY****
Check-in - *th May'**
Check-out - **th May'**
Address - Plot No ** and **, Road Opp to Image Hospital Lane, Arunodaya Colony, Hyderabad.
When I had checked in at **:** pm in the hotel Manager Hirish-********** told room is not booked. We had cancel deal with Oyo.
After that, I had called Oyo customer care *-* numbers and they blocked my register number to avoid this situation. Now Oyo refuses my payment and not able to get any hotel booking for the payment made against Oyo ****. Mundana Suites of Rs. ****/-. Need to escalate this asap and need full amount refund for the same asap.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
