Myntra - Refusal to take back unused item Harassment of customer

BRIG P S MOULICK filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 16, 2020

I am an Army Officer. My daughter had ordered for a Men Biege Solid Pyjama for my son in last week of Nov ****. However on opening the package it was found that the size was small for him and so it had to be returned with the intact tags. On first week of Dec **** the package was taken by the delivery boy but myntra office in Kolkata sent it back saying there was a smell coming and so they refused to take it. I approached the customer care of myntra on ** Dec **** and the person assured me that needful will be done. However on ** Dec **** the same delivery boy came an d refused to take back the packet on the the pretext that it had a smell of a perfume. May I request for refund of this item cost at the earliest.
