The Park Holidays International - Refusal to process 100 refund for cancellation within 24hour coolingoff period

I purchased a membership from The Park Holidays International on March **, ****. I exercised my legal right to cancel the membership via email on March **, ****—within ** hours of payment—well inside the *-day cooling-off period.
Despite my immediate notice, the merchant has:
Failed to provide a formal Cancellation Reference Number.
Attempted to stall the refund process by repeatedly requesting unrecorded phone discussions instead of providing a written reversal receipt.
Threatened an illegal **% "administrative deduction" for a service that was never initiated or utilized.
HDFC Bank has already investigated this matter (Ref #***********) and granted a Provisional Credit for Rs. ***,***.** due to the merchant's failure to comply. I am now seeking a ***% refund of the remaining balance paid via YES Bank.
Demand: I demand an immediate ***% refund reversal receipt for the full amount. This is an Unfair Trade Practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
