The Park Holidays International - misrepresentation lack of disclosure and timely cancellation request

We attended presentation through an invitation call from representative, Ms. Chandni, of The Park International Holidays. I was accompanied by my wife, Mrs. Laxmi Negi, and our *-year-old son.
During the presentation, Ms. Chandni explicitly informed my wife that AMC charges would only apply if we availed booking facilities such as rental cars or drivers under an upgraded package. At no point were we categorically informed that AMC charges would be mandatory for every *-night booking regardless of service usage.
When I sought clarification upon noticing AMC mentioned in her notes, Ms. Chandni did not provide a clear explanation. My wife reiterated her understanding that AMC charges applied only to upgraded packages, and this was not corrected. Furthermore, on several enquiries about hidden or additional charges, Ms. Chandni explicitly confirmed there were none.
This discrepancy constitutes misleading representation and nondisclosure of material terms, which is unacceptable.
We also had an agreement with Ms. Chandni that our desired resort bookings would be confirmed even before our customer portal account was created. However, within six days of the presentation and before the account was created, we informed both customer support and Ms. Chandni that we do not wish to enroll in this contract due to the misleading and undisclosed charges.
Accordingly, we request the immediate cancellation of this contract and a full refund of Rs. ***,***. Please confirm the initiation of the refund process at the earliest.
