The Park Holidays International - Deficiency in service

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a member of The Park Holidays International bearing Membership No. TPHIDLAA**Y**********. I wish to submit the following grievance regarding repeated denial of accommodation despite timely booking requests and compliance with the company’s conditions.
The sequence of events is as follows:
Initially, on **/**/****, I requested booking for Dharamshala for the period from **/**/**** to **/**/****. The company replied that booking could only be made ** days prior to the travel date.
Accordingly, I again submitted the request within the stipulated booking window. However, the company denied the booking stating that the destination was not affiliated, despite the same being displayed on their website and promotional materials.
Thereafter, I requested accommodation at Dalhousie. The company again denied the booking on the ground that the requested dates were sold out.
Even after providing alternative dates as requested by the company, no confirmed accommodation was provided.
Subsequently, the company itself offered alternative property options at Dalhousie from **/**/**** onwards. Accordingly, I submitted a booking request for check-in on **/**/**** and check-out on **/**/****. However, the company again regretted the booking and asked for alternative dates starting from **/**/**** onwards.
The company continuously advertises attractive destinations and assured holiday benefits at the time of selling membership. However, whenever booking is requested, accommodation is denied citing varying reasons such as: • booking window restrictions,
• destination not affiliated,
• sold out status, or
• unsuitable alternative dates.
The repeated rejection of bookings on contradictory grounds has caused severe inconvenience, uncertainty, mental harassment, and loss of confidence in the services promised at the time of selling the membership. My travel plans have repeatedly been disrupted, causing unnecessary hardship to me and my family.
The above conduct amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, especially after charging substantial membership fees while failing to provide the promised services.
Therefore, I respectfully request that your good office may kindly:
Direct the company to provide confirmed accommodation at Dalhousie for the period from **/**/**** to **/**/****;
Award suitable compensation towards mental harassment, inconvenience, and deficiency in service caused by the repeated denial of accommodation;
and
Pass any other order deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.
I shall be grateful for your kind intervention and necessary action in the matter.
