Myntra - refusal to pick up return for low quality product

I bought a spykar jean from mynyta which was dilivered on **th march ****. Howeve prduct was either low quality of fake as it was delired ina winkled state ; loose inside an envelope like a road side cheap product. Despite * requests to return and pick up ,myntra has been making excuses like codes of product didnt match or that i cancelled the return and decided to keep the product. I have called their customers care thrice but still there was o resolution. Now they say return perioed is over. They have sent a low quality ot fake produt and deliberatel;y did not pick up the return, making false excuses * times till **th April ****. I have records of their false messages, email sent to them and also recorded calls to cutomer care, I want to teach them a lesson for cheating cutomers and using cheap tactics to sell low quality produts at full price.
