I have placed prepaid order on the application for medicines. While placing the order it showed that it will be delivered within * days. But it was not delivered. Whenever I called customer case, I was told that it will be delivered by the end of the day. After * days. I was told, do you want refund or want to reorder the same product which will take another two days. Medicine is a necessity and false assurances may lead to disaster.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
