Samsung - Refusal of service during warranty period

My ** inch smart TV was working fine for ** minutes and goes to rebooting mode (frequent on and off). Samsung service centre refused to extend repair of TV under warranty stating presence of some Ants inside the TV as cause for the fault. They recommended to replace the complete panel at the cost of *****, on chargeable basis. Escalated the matter to their service head, but they stood with the opinion of the service centre. Collected my TV back from Service centre and got it repaired at Multi Brand Service Centre at the cost of *****/- , by replacing backlight and updating software. The panel was not changed as told by Samsung Service Centre. My complaint is they refused and avoided to rectify the fault under warranty by quoting mere presence of some ants inside the TV.
