Maneesh Sehgal filed complaint against Xpressbees Courier on Jul 1, 2026
Dear Voxya Team,
I am filing this complaint against Xpressbees Courier Service regarding their persistent failure to provide home delivery. My recent shipment has the AWB Number: *************** under the name Maneesh Sehgal.
Every time a package is shipped via Xpressbees, the delivery team refuses to come to my registered address. They call me and falsely claim that "No route is available for this location" and demand that I should come to some other distant location to collect my package.
I do not own any vehicle, and it is impossible for me to travel to other locations to collect my parcels. I have paid for doorstep home delivery, and it is the company's responsibility to deliver it to my address. The local hub and delivery executives are showing extreme negligence and unprofessional behavior.
Kindly escalate this issue to Xpressbees higher authorities so they can resolve this permanent route issue and ensure my package is delivered to my home immediately.
