Simran filed complaint against Xpressbees Courier on Feb 13, 2026
I had two packages ordered from savanna and the courier company is xpressbees. The first package first the delivery partner said he will deliver it and then stopped answering calls. Next day he said pick it up from the office or cancel it. Somehow managed. Next parcel same thing. Neither he is answering calls not even telling where the office is. He is just ignoring calls and said you can cancel the order. We cant deliver here. Tried to raise a request with xpressbees but no solution. Even emailed them but they dont seem to care. And it was a very urgent package for me. Hope you can look into this.
