I accidentally entered a wrong mobile number at a merchant site.. now I am not able to recieve my order due to non recieval of OTP.
I have tried numerous times to contact the courier service via email and phone.. I have not yet recieved any reply from email (apart from the automated one).. and they are not accepting the tracking id via phone (apparently the require you to enter the shipping id on your keypad, however I only jave a tracking ID and an order number.. I tried entering them but it was not accepted).. the thing is I have already made the payment.. I don't know what I should do
