Surabhi Hom Choudhury filed complaint against Delhivery on Nov 6, 2020
Delhivery office staff in Ravangla (******) are refusing doorstep delivery for every single shipment. Sometimes the pretext is that they get only Rs. ** as delivery charges. On other times, they say that it is my problem and not theirs if I have already paid delivery charges to Amazon or Flipkart. Today they had the audacity to ask me to opt out of Delhivery services if I don't like it. And Delhivery's phone number doesn't work. They do not respond to mails or WhatsApp. Absolutely horrible experience!!
