Rohan Dsouza filed complaint against French Crown on Dec 25, 2025
I purchased a suit from French Crown (Order #****** – Bulgarian Maroon Velvet Peak Lapel Tuxedo Suit). Upon delivery, the product was found to be of extremely poor and unacceptable quality. The fabric quality, stitching, finishing, craftsmanship, and packaging were far below what was advertised on the company’s website.
The product is defective, misrepresented, and not fit for use. This is not a case of size issue or change of preference. I have clear photo and video evidence proving the inferior quality and misrepresentation.
I immediately contacted French Crown and requested a refund to my bank account. However, the company has categorically refused to issue a monetary refund, citing an internal policy that suits are “non-refundable under any circumstances.”
Despite repeated explanations and evidence, the company is forcing only store credit or exchange and is holding my money against my will, which amounts to unfair trade practice. Internal store policies cannot override consumer rights in cases of defective or misrepresented goods.
I am seeking a full refund to my bank account, along with appropriate action against the seller for denying lawful consumer remedies. All supporting evidence, including photos, videos, invoice, and email correspondence, is available and attached.
