French Crown - Not helping Exchange

I bought a bomber Jacket on **th Dec from French Crown website having Order No:****** of which amount is ****. When checked it was loose and I called customer care who agreed to exchange it but in the middle of discussion, call disconnected and after that I tried calling whole day but they didnot picked up the call and continuously ring going. In their website, there is no option to put an exchange request .I also mailed them of which I got reply that they have provided solution but not raised any exchange request from their end. As per their policy, I informed them on time that I want to exchange from XL to L bit they are not responding to me and I think wanting that exchange period get expire. Please help me in the matter and provide exchange from XL to L as I am not getting any positive response from French Crown.
