I ordered online a suit from French Crown company (**** AB, **** AB,
RRTM PHASE * (India’s largest textile mall) Canal Road, Opposite Orbit *, Saroli, Surat, Pincode – ****** Gujarat, India) on **-**-****. I paid **** by google pay. I got my order on **-**-****. When I received the suit. The blazer and waistcoat were too tight for me and the trousers was very loose. Moreover, they deliver suit of different colour and the quality of cloth was very law. So, I opted to return the product. I requested for refund and they asked my bank account number and IFSC number. Now the company is refusing me to refund my money. On **-**-**** one lady called me from mobile number ********** and told me that we cannot refund your money you must choose another product. I don’t want any product from French Crown. In this case I want to lodge a complaint.
