Samsung Mobile Company - Refusal by Samsung for free replacement of mobile display

I have bought my Samsung S** Fe in may ****. On **July, ****, suddenly a green verticle line issue came after company released update. I got to knw that so many customers are facing this issue. I weant to service centre also, but deny for help by saying your device has scratch and dent for which, you will cost around *****.This problem resolution is screen replacemen. I even contact in Samsung Customer care they also sayung same that it will not eligible for free of cost screen replacement.But my question is why I bare this if my fault is not there. Kindly help on this matter. Job sheet raised no is R*CT**GP*TE
