Samsung Mobile Company - charging for repairing even mobile is under warranty

I have bought the above said Samsung mobile for my daughter through amazon. till sometime it was working perfect then after sometime the issue with the touch screen started. I ask her to gave it to service center as it was under warranty. they denied the repair it giving reason that the response from the Samsung they got is that the serial number of display does not match with their system. I argued with the service center and also Samsung on WhatsApp that if it does not match then its not our fault. the fault is from your side, we don't make handset at home. they also agreed that its not our fault but they cant repair it for free because the serial number doesn't match. I hereby would request the consumer redressal forum to look into the matter and pls give us justice as a consumer. I hereby attaching the invoice . thank you
