This is refer to reference no ********* regarding refund since last * months , but travolook always asking to wait *~** days working days from long time.
I have one more reference no *********
I have done many mail and call to customer care but still no results at all
I think travolook is a fraud site and making us fool.
Pl take care of your money while booking any air tickets from travolook
