Sir, due Cleartrip wrong promises I had to pay Rs. *,*** to airline for excess baggage. This was happened on *th Dec **** and promptly reported to cleartrip in writing with all supportings. Over ** plus email sent and same or more telephone calls. Last time I called them on **/**/****. They give me new case id for my refund claim is ********. This happens several time in past but no actions
