With extreme disappointment I would like to bring it to your notice that its been a hard time for me to keep taking a followup for my refund flight request since last eight months.
As gobibo is not entertaining any customers with existing bookings on your call center number .Nor your executives try to reply back to my mails and refund request or keeping the tickets open for rescheduling.

I am not able to see these trips in the my trips section in the goibibo app too.
I need a urgent and satisfactory answer so that i can book my further tickets of the same airline for my next destination.
I have tried reaching you out with this but all I have received is ignorance.I don't mind to head to the legal battle ground as well if i am not helped and guided in this matter.
