sonal filed complaint against Myntra on Dec 13, 2019
they send me the wrong color of some clothes.
when i asked for refund,the delivery charges were not refunded.
and when i ordered the other products,they keep on adding delivery charges in my account while others are getting those same items for free.its just because i returned their wrongly sent items.this is not fair at all.
they even refuse to file a complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
