I have booked flight from Lucknow to Hyderabad on **th Dec **** which was cancelled from their side and they asked options either for refunding or rescheduling. I have opted for refunding. But, so far i have not received refund amount even after contacting them through phones, mails etc., My PNR no.is KFN*VR.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
