GoAir - GoAir flight refund Booked during Lockdown

We have booked Air Tickets round trip Hyderabad <--> Chandighar.
Unfortunately due to the Lockdown, we were unable to Travel.
*. HYD - IXC Boarding date - **st March ****
*. IXC - HYD Boarding date - **th march ****
Now we don't have any plans to travel in near future.
So we wanted full refund of our Tickets.
We tried calling GoAir Customer Care several times but we didn't get any response.
We also sent mail to feedback@goair.in regarding the possibility of change in flight but we got no response.
