It shows your refunded has been initiated on * feb. But the money has not been reflected in my bank account. They just give assurance via emails that soon they will look into this matter. But hasn't. This is so careless . I have used the option on the app TRANSFER MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. its hasn't. I write emails usually everyday and same reply comes. They assure me that one day it will.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
