Sir,
Last year I bought Airtel Family Pack Postpaid which included DTH as well.
I was told that I can upgrade my dth box to Xstream Box with paying Rs *,*** refundable deposit. I used the box for ** months and when trying to refund am getting no response.
Tried the appellate and customer care and the local office.
I don't know what to do this is mentally frustrating.
Please help me out
