Tanya Gupta filed complaint against Airtel on Jul 10, 2020
I migrated my Airtel Postpaid services to Prepaid on *th July and recharged for ₹*** at store. Since then I am not able to use my services. I am only able to use data, not able to make or receive calls. The store and customer care won't help at all. They are giving false excuses our backend team is working on it and we cannot share the estimated time. They even took more payment than actual bill of postpaid. Please look into it. I even told them to refund the recharge and I will move to Airtel postpaid still no help.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
