VASUDEVAN filed complaint against HAPPYEASY GO on Mar 3, 2020
I have booked * Air tickets through HAPPYEASY GO for my trip to Hyderabad from Coimbatore up & down and paid Rs.*****/-to them and subsequently cancelled the ticket on **th Feb**.Indigo Airlines refunded the the amount to them. But the travel Agency initially told that the refund time is **-** hrs.Now they are telling **-** days time
They are holding my money from ** th Feb**.kindly arrange for the refund at the earliest
