Red Bus - REFUND
I Bharat Kumar filed complaint against Red Bus on Feb 21, 2020
On **/**/**** I tried to booking a bus on Red bus by using a phone pay UPI. The amount has been debited from my account an the amount successfully credited to the merchant account on by showing the status of payment at phone pay app. But still yet the amount hasn't been refunded to me, as I tried to contact customer care they hadn't pickup my phone.
Apart from this I tried to contact PHONE PAY, they had given a reference number to refund the amount, I submitted the same to the SBI, they stated that we had raised a CHARGE BACK request for the reference number provided by phone pay, and it will be resulted by next ** days. But today I had received a mail from SBI that the transaction has been successfully completed and the services had been provided. But I don't known with out conforming the bus booking by RED BUS how & when I had utilized the services.
Please suggest me the way of getting the refund. I will look forward to hear from you.
