Hello team, I have done a double payment to one of my Hathway broadband account and asked refund of one transaction and they have processed. I have submitted all the required proofs, screenshots and bank statements as they requested. I used PhonePay UPI and ICICI bank for payment.
After few days, when I followed up with Hathway, they said they refunded the amount to Paytm (I don't know how come they said it or did it without my concern) and provided a dummy reference number. I followed up with all the partners involved, phonepe and Paytm and ICICI bank and they confirmed they didn't receive any refund request and No transaction is identifiable with the ref# that Hathway provided.
I literally sent ** email following up on this and they are not at all responding anything. Such an useless service Hathway is.
