I am writing to formally follow up on my urgent request for the cancellation of my enrollment and a refund of my course fees. I enrolled in your program on ** April ****, paying a total fee of ₹**,***.
I am facing an unforeseen and severe family and financial crisis that makes it impossible for me to continue this course. Furthermore, the entire ₹**,*** fee was borrowed from my sister, and due to this emergency, I desperately need to return these funds to her.
Since my enrollment on April **rd, I have barely attended * to * classes and have essentially not consumed your services. I officially raised a support ticket requesting a cancellation and refund on humanitarian grounds. However, not only did I receive no response from your team, but the ticket was inexplicably deleted from your system. Ignoring a student's distress, deleting official grievance tickets, and strictly enforcing rigid policies to retain ₹**,*** for unconsumed services amounts to a severe deficiency in service, unjust enrichment, and an unfair trade practice.
Please note: I have copied the Department of Consumer Affairs (DoCA) and the Ministry of Education (MoE) on this email to bring attention to this lack of transparency and rigid refund practice. If this cannot be resolved amicably with a manual management review, I am prepared to formalize my grievance on the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) portal.
I am requesting empathy and a prompt, manual review of my case for a refund so I can handle my family emergency without this severe financial penalty.
