Engaging in misbehavior with the owner and other individuals to get back the sum. Even though my CiBIL score has been degraded, they have been contacting me via WhatsApp and text messaging. It's a terrible situation for me because I'm facing a significant financial burden and have been charged penalties. This back-to-back penalty is causing my bank to be closed. Kindly help me for this scam or fraud as course and emi loan.
