I have been following up regarding my refund for over two weeks without receiving any resolution.

Have made full payment for the course on **th Oct **** and have raised concerns on **th Oct itself.

The course content and classes provided are primarily introductory and theoretical, which may be suitable for beginners or students. However, as an experienced professional actively working on real-world projects on other cloud platform, I was expecting a more advanced, hands-on training experience. I was specifically looking for practical coverage on topics such as landing zone design and deployment, advanced network configuration with firewall, full-stack disaster recovery strategies in line with current industry standards, and DevOps practices with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

I have also reviewed some of their previous batch session recordings, and they appear to be more appropriate for freshers or individuals who are just beginning their journey in Azure Cloud. Unfortunately, this does not align with my needs.

Given the basic nature of the sessions, the training does not meet my professional needs or expectations.
