Levi In Levi Strauss Co - Refund

Dear Levi’s Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a grievance regarding the denial of return for my recent purchase on your official website (Order ID: *******).

While attempting to initiate a return, I was informed that items purchased during the End of Season Sale (EOSS) are only eligible for exchange. However, I wish to bring to your attention that my order was placed at full price and was not part of any EOSS or discounted promotion.

Imposing EOSS-based return restrictions on products not purchased under any such offer is unjustified and misleading, and constitutes a violation of fair consumer practices. It is unreasonable to deny return eligibility when the product was not part of any special sale or discount.

This situation reflects a serious lapse in transparency and could amount to misrepresentation and unethical conduct, especially from a brand of Levi’s global stature.

I request an immediate resolution and approval for return under standard terms. If the matter is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it to the Consumer Court of India and relevant regulatory bodies for redressal under applicable consumer protection laws.
