Levi In Levi Strauss Co - Defected jeans ruined my newly bought white sneakers after bleeding its colour all over the shoes

I, Pallav Sharma, am writing to you to complain against Levis Model Town Panipat for selling me defective jeans and refusing to provide a refund.
On *st July ****, I visited the Levis Model store in Panipat to buy four pair of jeans. The store was not yet open, but the staff was selling products without giving bills. They wrote down the details of the products I bought on a piece of paper and told me that they would take it into sale the next day i.e. *nd July’** after which they let me take a photo of the computer-generated bill when I reached the store raising my concern which I am attaching herewith.
I bought four pair of jeans from the store which cost me **** Rupees, and I wore one of them the next day when I went to Mumbai to attend an exhibition. It was raining a bit, and the jeans bled its colour onto my newly purchased Nike Airforce * sneakers, which cost me around *,*** rupees.
I contacted the store manager when I reached Panipat, He said that it was my fault for wearing white sneakers under newly purchased jeans and I should know that I shouldn't wear the same on newly purchased jeans because it bleeds colour on their first wash but first of all I didn't wash my jeans because I had to catch the flight in the next morning but if they had told me earlier about the wash care info about the particular article I wouldn't have bought it in the first place and why will someone love to ruin their newly purchased sneakers.
I have contacted various sources of feedback for Levis, but there is no support from customer support as well.
I am writing to you to seek your intervention in this matter. I demand that Levis Model Panipat should refund me the full amount of the jeans and the sneakers, and also pay me compensation for the inconvenience caused to me.
I have attached all the relevant documents, including the receipt of the jeans, the pictures of the stained sneakers, and the communication with the store manager.
I hope that you will take appropriate action in this matter and ensure that I get justice.
