Levi In Levi Strauss Co - Refund for product not being honoured within return period

I bought * items worth INR **** from Levi's Connaught Place, Delhi. First of all I told them that I'm a Levi's US member and asked if the mandatory **% discount is applicable, they said yes, but the final bill was the same as the MRP for both items. Moreover, I wanted to return one of the two items, so I went to another Levi's store, but they said they don't do returns and refunds. I wasn't informed about this beforehand, or else I wouldn't have purchased it. Levi.com clearly states that both online and in-store bought items can be returned upto ** days after purchase at the store, but levi.in has an empty routing page for the 'returns and refunds' section, I searched everywhere about their returns policy, but they haven't talked about it anywhere on their website. They are knowingly scamming customers. If I return an item in a saleable condition, that too within * days of buying, I should be able to get a refund with no questions asked. I'm still under the return window of ** days, I can drop it off at my nearby Levi's store, i respectfully request you to refund me the amount for the article or I'd be going in-person to the consumer court to escalate things further.
