I purchased a Forbes Smart Clean with Home Mapping Pro on February *rd, and it was delivered on February *th. However, your technician has been unable to install it due to a defect in the machine. Despite multiple attempts, the product remains non-functional
Additionally, the salesperson did not inform us that the machine requires a *G connection, which was a key factor in our purchase decision. This lack of information and the non-working product amount to misleading sales tactics and a defective purchase.
Since the product is not functioning from the start, I request a full refund immediately. they have taken back the product but till now refund not came. I have call more than ** times a day more than *** emails no response yet
