Eureka Forbes Ltd - Eureka Forbes Kordfree NXT rendered useless

I have been using the Eureka forbes Kordfree NXT vacuum cleaner for the past * year. On regular usage, the handle of the vacuum cleaner broke and is now rendered useless. I had raised * complaints with the customer care. All * requests were closed as cancelled stating, I had requested for cancellation. I had raised this with the customer twice, with no change in their style of closing the tickets stating user has requested for cancellation. None of the service representatives have attended on the complaint and this has given mental agony on the cost spent on this product.
