C RAJESH KHANNA filed complaint against Oyo on Feb 2, 2025
I have booked * rooms for * nights for my family * members in the name of Girish Pendakur for check in **.*.** to check out **.*.** in OYO for Hotel Super Townhouse Lakdikapul, Hyderabad and same was confirmed vide booking ID UW****** on payment of advance of Rs.****/- at the time of booking. On **.*.** at ** am called hotel manager and informed that we will be doing late checkin by * pm. Hotel Manager advised to pay the balance amount of *****/- (total booking value is ***** less advance paid ****) to block the * rooms in guest names. Accordingly I have paid and informed to Hotel Manager along with OYO help life conference call. They confirmed. In the evening **.*.** at about *.** pm i have recieved a SMS stating that due to unavoidable circumstance, they changed to New Hotel Super Collection O Pnr International Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. Without my consent they have changed the hotel which is not like to us and not as per my standards. We went to hotel where i booked but hotel manager told OYO has shifted to other hotel and not given the rooms. Hence, I have called so many time OYO help but kept for more than half an hour on telephone life and finally they told they are help less and they will initiate refund. After that I have followed up and they they cancelled the hotel and initiated refund. Now simply they are showing in their website and sent message stating that refund is declined to OYO policy. Kindly take up with OYO for refund with interest. I also demand compensation of *****/- from OYO for the mental trauma caused to my family members for non providing rooms instead of full payment.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
