I have booked the ticket for me and my girlfriend for elemental movie dated **th june to watch the show to our nearest PVR in Ambiance Mall, Gurgaon.
But accidentally I booked the ticket for **th june morning Monday at **.** morning and now when I am trying to cancel it I can't see the booking data in PVR app ony registered number.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
