Meenu madhu filed complaint against Swiggy on May 24, 2023
I have placed a swiggy order on **.**.**** at around *.** pm for Rs ***, at the time of order my expected time of delivery was ** minutes, my delivery was expected by around *.**. From then whenever i check the swiggy app delivery within * minutes was the message shown . I tried contacting the delivery executive and the hotel but delivery executive not responding and hotel number does not exist . So after raising the complaint the executive said sone other partner will be alloted wait for ** minutes more, again i waited and lastly by around **.** pm my order was cancelled by the swiggy team itself without my consent. I got the message sorry for the inconvenience and your amount will be refunded.i talked with the executive and he was telling the refund is done to the source account, which is Sbi accoun but i have not done the payment from sbi account it was done from UCO bank account. The executive wanted to submit the account statement at that time. I have got the statement, But i have not got the refund in my account till now. I want the refund back to my UCO bank (source account) only. Please arrange to refund my account.
Extremely disappointing service

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
