I had taken the Commercial Super Money Back plan from nobroker, the biggest scam company in India. Not only did they of course make false claims and promises, but also not deliver at all. They claimed at the time of signing up (sales guy Mr Shahid Alam) that they will refund the amount if they fail to find me a tenant in the next ** days or if I end up finding someone before as a tenant myself.
Now that I’ve found a tenant myself; they’re forcing me to upload a rental agreement - something which wasn’t mentioned at all during the transaction and this is completely unfair to expect any customer to do as this is confidential information. They just expect me to keep calling and make me run in circles. Or they’re forcing me to give them the contact of the person who purchased it - all this is none of their business and I simple wish to discontinue their shitty service anyway. They don’t know how to treat any customer and I won’t be surprised if they go bankrupt one day for the crap they’re doing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
