This is with reference to the booking made my undersigned with Ref No. REF********* for **th July ** from Bangalore to Gwalior through Travolook with registered office ***, *nd floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V, Sector **, Gurugram, Haryana ******
The travel agency booked the aforementioned ticket at first sight and subsequently sent me an email stating that the reservation has been cancelled due to operational reasons. Whereas, the fact is I booked the ticket with another travel agent and they sent me a confirmed ticket.
In the above episode I have been requesting them to initiate my refund for the last ** days and have also called the customer care and even sent them numerous emails but in vain and still they haven't refunded the amount.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
