I ordered a michael kors bag from Tatacliqluxury on ** May **** . Got it on ** may and returned it as it is on **may as it was bigger in size then i expected .. its had a ** day return policy.. they took it on **May and it has reached the seller in kolkata on * June **** . I checked it via delhvery site.
But they still havent initiated my refund. I have called them *** times no response
Emailed them texted them on instagram but no response
Its ***** rs my hard earned money on staked and i shopped with TATA a reliable name.. sopping should be stress and hassel free but its not
I returned woth all original tags and bill still have to face this mess..
Please help me get my money back I shall be thankfull
