I ordered for a smart watch (Michael kors) and it was delivered to me on Friday. However, I wanted to return the watch and informed them for reverse pick up. Till today, they have not assigned any delivery agent for pick up. I have an emergency contact which has been referred by them, upon calling they are putting the call on hold. I have not heard from them till today.
