Tatacliqluxury - Package not delivered and not showing any status

Good morning sir
I ordered my new balance shoes on **th November in Black Friday sale and delivery was expected on **th November , but neither the product has been delivered nor we are able to see the status of the product .
Complaint raised on **th November itself and assured me to resolve the issue within *-* working days but still no response has been recieved from ur side.
Is this the service tata cliq is providing to its customers. I believe so ur management is actually very poor , as there is a function in my home and on *th December i requested to not cancel the order and if there is some issue then let me know from where I can pick up the order. Bt still there is no response from your team.
This is a serious concern as tata is known for its reliability and integrity but tatacliq is doing just the opposite of it.
Very much disappointed will not prefer tata cliq in future and neither recommend to anyone.
